Performing Arts and Music Program


The value of arts education is often phrased in enrichment terms–helping children find their voice, rounding out their education, and tapping into their undiscovered talents. This is true, but as President Barack Obama’s Committee saw in schools all over the country, it is also an effective tool in school-wide reform and fixing some of our biggest educational challenges. The Shepherds Tabernacle Church’s Performing Arts and Music Program will focus on the natural gifts and talents hidden on the inside of at-risk youths.  We are confident that our programs in the arts are well aligned with the Nation’s No Child Left Behind strategy and will aid in the enhancement of each child’s learning ability.  The expected result will yield a positive effect on student academic achievement and creativity.​

We will introduce valued and dynamic programs in music, dance education, educational theater, and arts and crafts.  Additionally we will offer seminars and workshops in film scoring, music business and education, multimedia designing, and paintings. Other programs will include:
